Open colon hydrotherapy is a gentle cleansing of the large intestine using FDA-registered LIBBE devices. Warm, filtered, temperature-controlled water circulates into the colon through a small disposable nozzle, encouraging the release of waste through an illuminated glass viewing tube. A typical session lasts 35–45 minutes, during which the colon is rehydrated and detoxified, supporting improved digestive health.

Orientation

On the day of your appointment, we walk you through the LIBBE system and explain how the process works.

Colonic Step Up

You’ll be comfortably positioned on the device. While your therapist checks in regularly, you’ll have privacy throughout most of the session.

Nozzle Insertion

A thin nozzle (about the size of a pencil to a pinky finger) is gently inserted about one inch into the rectum.

Relax & Cleanse

Water flows into the colon, encouraging a natural release. You remain in a comfortable supine position on the pre-molded fiberglass table.

Common Questions About Open Colonics

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur

How should I prepare?

We recommend not eating for at least two hours before your appointment and staying hydrated before and after your session.

How many sessions should I book?

If this is your first time, or if it’s been over a year since your last colonic, we suggest booking two consecutive sessions. The first hydrates and prepares the body, while the second helps flush out toxins released overnight.

Is the process uncomfortable?

Most clients find the process gentle. Some may experience mild cramping from natural bowel movements (peristalsis), but many do not experience cramping at all.
